Why did you decide to become a teacher?

  • I decided to become a teacher because of my love for children. It is an opportunity for me to work with young people and make a difference in their lives.

What do you love about working for Talmud Torah?

I love sharing my Jewish and Hebrew knowledge with my students. I like to share ideas, communicate concepts, and have conversations about the holidays, Israel, the prayers we study, and how they are relevant and related to our everyday life. I get a lot of joy seeing my students become more interested in the subjects I teach. I like to see my students progress develop over time. I like to see them become parents and send their own kids to receive a Jewish education and be proud of who they are. I like to be a mentor to new teachers and being friends with the faculty and the administration.
