Communication: When can I expect to hear back?

We do our best to stay on top of emails and voicemails during school days, Sunday-Thursday. The office is closed on Friday, Shabbat and Jewish holidays. We will respond to inquiries that are made outside of regularly-scheduled office hours during our next business day.

Because our teachers are in the classroom with your students during regularly-scheduled school hours, they will respond to your inquiries as soon as they are able. They will appreciate your patience and understanding.
