Over the month of January we will be wrapping up our Holocuast studies and moving towards our theme for the second half of the year, Israel. I am excited to share a lot of what Israel is and has been with the class. Please share Israel in the news with your students as you see current events. It will add richness to our class discussions.

This is a course for high school students based on Yossi Klein Halevi's book Letters to my Palestinian Neighbor. It is presented through the partnership of the Jewish Community Relations Council and the St. Paul Jewish Federation.
