Kitah Gimel Update

Dear Gimel Families,

Our classes have been very busy wrapping up our incredible year together! After Pesach, we learned about Israel, observing Yom HaZikaron with moments of silence and celebrating Yom Ha'atzmaut with cake and music! In Morah Polly’s class, inspired by the Kotel in Jerusalem, students created their own wall where they could store prayers, notes, and wishes.

This year, we developed our Hebrew skills, learned the months of the Jewish calendar, searched for the craziest sukkot we could find, dedicated each candle on Hanukkiah to someone special, and more! Together, we built a wonderful classroom community where every student could express their ideas freely and learn from each others’ stories.

We are so proud of each and every one of our student’s hard work, commitment, curiosity, and enthusiasm that they have shown over the past year. We are blown away by the thoughtfulness and creativity each student brought to the classroom. We could not have asked for a better group of students to work with this year!

Wishing you a wonderful summer break,

Polly & Dan
